Our range of internal fire door blanks are manufactured using a unique 3-layer particle board. Specifically designed for the purpose, using a combination of chemical and engineering development, these blanks produce doors of altogether excellent quality, strength and overall performance – with ratings from 30 to 120 minutes’ fire resistance.

Solid Timber Door Cores

For internal applications, this range of fire door blanks feature a 3-layer solid timber core faced with superior grade MDF, making it ideal for applications where a high quality paint finish is required.

Utilising the ultimate in exterior grade door blanks, this range of fire door blanks are specifically designed for exterior applications. Featuring a 3-layer solid timber core, Class 3 exterior grade plywood facing and adhesive.

Acoustic Door Cores

With an impressive range of panels available in high density fibreboard or particleboard facing, for paint or veneer finish – these provide all the options to produce functional door sets of excellent quality, with highest flexibility and a great diversity in shape and style.
